9- 2016-Land Rover Range Rover
What’s New?
The most noteworthy change for the 2016 Land Rover is that it shaved a remarkable 700 pounds from its curb weight during the 2013 redesign, and the present Range Rover weighs just 4,850 pounds. This was attained thanks to the abundant use of aluminum that now makes up much of the entire body and both front and rear sub-frames. The Land Rover Range Rover is not only classically designed but also an opulent icon of luxury. Unlike most SUV’s the 2016 Land Rover Range Rover is showy and functional at the same time. Just like all the other Land Rover vehicles, the Range Rover has been engineered to maneuver through exceedingly difficult terrains all thanks to the All-Terrain Progress Control System.
Exterior Features
Range Rovers include auto-leveling xenon headlights, 19-inch alloy wheels, heated exterior and power-folding mirrors, rain-sensing and heated wipers as standard equipment. This model is available in five trim levels; the HSE, Base, Supercharged, SV Autobiography and the Autobiography. The base trim has been equipped with adjustable air suspensions, terrain response, automatic neon headlights, rear view camera and a heated windshield.
Interior Features
Interior details include an option of many real-wood veneers obtained from various, sustainable forests and also brushed aluminum trims. Twin needle stitching also keeps the leather panels looking properly upmarket, as the LED mood lighting sets the stage.
Technology
Land Rover InControl Touch is fitted as the standard equipment on this model, including easy-to-navigate menus and enabling users to swipe simply between screens similar to a smartphone. InControl Apps lets owners access several popular smartphone apps using a centrally-mounted touchscreen on the center console.

In addition to the off-road cruise, additional features include a 40 horsepower boost for the HSE model and a newly turbo charged v6 engine though it is optional.
